Artementis.

In January 2024, I launched a blog on Medium, called Artementis. Named for the Greek goddess of the Wilderness, Artemis, who swore off men and roamed the forests with her entourage of nymphs, and the Latin word mentis, meaning month, Artementis hosts monthly posts on the lesbian experience.

Specialising in lesbian literature during my master's degree, I noticed a real lack of lesbian-centered content online. I began Artementis. as a way to fill that void, carving out a space for lesbian stories told by and for lesbians. In an age when the word "lesbian" still carries a stigma, this is the space where I intend to shout it proud and loud. You can read all the posts here or by clicking on the image.
